Liberty Fragua is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, devoted to helping women experience true freedom through Him. As the heart behind Women Rising Ministries, she carries a deep burden to see women healed, restored, and walking boldly in their God-given identity.
Liberty’s journey has not been without hardship. Through seasons of brokenness, emotional battles, and personal struggles, she has encountered the transforming power of God’s grace firsthand. What once felt like cycles she couldn’t break became the very testimony God now uses to bring hope and freedom to others.
With a heart rooted in prayer and surrender, Liberty ministers from a place of authenticity and compassion. She believes that no woman is too far gone, too broken, or too bound for God to redeem. Her calling is to create safe, Spirit-led spaces where women can lay down burdens, encounter Jesus deeply, and rise in freedom.
Through Women Rising Ministries, Liberty is committed to equipping women to walk in truth, live in victory, and fully embrace the life God has called them to.
